We allow returns ONLY if the product is UNOPENED. Items may be returned to Linda's Creative Gifts within 14 days from the date of purchase and 14 days from the date of receipt if ordered online. Some exceptions may apply including food items which are not returnable. Shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.

Some of our products are available to purchase online. We are adding our inventory to the online store as quickly as we can. In the meantime, if you don't see what you're looking for, please call us at 908-473-0982 during store hours. One of our staff will be happy to take your order. After hours, you may email us from our contact page and we will call you as soon as we reopen or whatever time you prefer. Just let us know!

Yes! We have gift cards available online or in-store. Online e-gift cards will be emailed to the recipient along with your gift message. Gift cards are also available for purchase in-store or by phone. We will be happy to mail a physical gift card to your recipient, if you like.

We accept credit cards, checks, Venmo and cash. As a small business we prefer cash for in-store purchases to keep our credit card fees low. :)

We do offer free gift wrapping upon request!

We offer shipping for all our products. The cost for shipping depends on the package weight and distance to the receiving address. Products ordered online will typically ship USPS 1st Class Mail (or Priority Mail, if selected at checkout). We ship orders Tuesday-Friday only.
Or, you can pickup your order in the store at your convenience during our regular business hours with no fee for shipping. Choose your shipping preference at checkout.

Yes! We will deliver your purchase within 5 miles of the store for only $5.00!
